Returns & Warranty

The short version

Everything we make is built to order, usually in colours you chose. That makes it a custom order, and custom orders aren’t returnable simply because you changed your mind. If something arrives damaged, or we got it wrong — we fix it. That’s on us.

Damaged in transit

Note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph it, and email us within 48 hours. We’ll repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.

If we built it wrong

Doesn’t match what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we’ll put it right, freight on us both ways.

Cancelling

• Within 48 hours of ordering, before we cut anything — full refund.
• After fabrication starts — no refund, because the piece is built to your spec and can’t be resold as-is.

Warranty

Frame and welds are warranted for [OWNER: fill in — 1 year is typical] from delivery against defects in workmanship. Not covered: normal wear, rust from uncared-for outdoor use, misuse, modification, and sun-fade on coat or upholstery.
