How we ship

Everything we build is heavy. A single bench runs roughly 170–200 lb and a full set can pass 400 lb, so nothing goes by regular parcel post. Every piece is crated and moved by freight carrier.

Cost

Freight is quoted per order — it depends on the size of the piece and how far it’s going. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

Across the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US, contact us before ordering and we’ll quote it separately.

Delivery

Freight delivery is kerbside — the driver brings the crate to the end of your driveway, they don’t carry it inside. Have someone available to help move it. The carrier calls ahead to arrange a window, and someone over 18 must sign.

Check it before you sign

Look the crate over before the driver leaves. If there’s visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and photograph it — that note is what makes a freight claim possible. Then tell us within 48 hours at rexcustommetal@gmail.com.
