Track My Order

How tracking works

Every piece is built to order, so there’s nothing to track until your build leaves the shop. Here’s the sequence:

• Order confirmation — emailed the moment you order.
• Build updates — we’ll let you know as your piece moves through the shop.
• Dispatch email — once your build is crated and collected, you’ll get the freight carrier’s details and tracking for your destination.
• Delivery call — the carrier phones you directly to arrange a delivery window. Someone over 18 needs to be there to sign.

Emails sometimes land in spam — check there before worrying.
